Made in Brazil - Suede is the underside of leather, sanded to give it a soft and smooth feel. It comes from farms in the Rio Grande do Sul region and is tanned in Brazil without harmful or prohibited chemicals. VEJA uses dyes that meet regulations and prioritizes responsible water use during the tanning process. Special attention is paid to water usage during the tanning process. The suede is also coated with water-repellent oils without PFCs (chemical compounds) to protect the shoes from light rain.
Advice
– Machine washing is strongly discouraged to preserve the shape and properties of the material.
– Clean suede leather dry using a suitable brush.
– Then apply a moisturizing and renovating product specifically for suede.
– Optional: waterproof your shoes with a product suitable for the material.
– Renew the waterproofing every 3 to 6 months.
– Let them dry naturally, in the open air and in the shade, away from any heat source to avoid discoloration
